As she enters her fiftyfifth month on Planet Earth,
our Moon Girl helps her little brother make father's day gifts (row
below, left). While he does the cutting, she takes care of the drawing
(row below, middle). The result is six hearts, two each for Opa Tano,
Opa Ben, and papa (row below, right). |

When mom asks Opa Tano to help clean
up the back yard, the latter decides to put his grandchildren to work
(left). The two are very happy to help! |
Luna's bedtime routine involves having
a little something to drink and a snack while watching a DVD (right).
After taking her vitamins and brushing her teeth, mom reads a story
to her sweet girl. And then Luna gets to play for another five minutes
or so. If it were up to Luna, she would sleep in her mom's bed every
night, but she only gets to do so once a week. |

Luna's dance class gives a performance
for the parents during the last lesson before the Summer break (row
above, left and right). First, she warms up with her teacher, Inge (row
above, middle). Luna does a very cute cat dance (top left), and ventures
out on the cat walk (bottom left). Indeed, she is the first of the group
to volunteer for the fashion show. With the help of a darling umbrella,
she barely manages to keep her balance (top right). Dancing is without
a doubt Luna's favorite thing to do (bottom right). |

Poor Luna gets dragged to the fair again by her
mom. Luna desperately tries to see the fun in the fast rides her mom
enjoys so much (row above). Instead, she much prefers a slow scooter
(left) or slow horse (right). |

It is high time again for a mini-reunion
of Esther-Mirjam's birthing class. She and Irene decide to take their
girls to Tivoli (row above). Luna and Iris enjoy various modes of transportation
while their mom's catch up with each other and with the rapid changes
in their daughters' lives (left). Luna and Iris also get their faces
painted (right). Such sweet princesses, eh? After Irene and Iris go
home, Esther-Mirjam and Luna enjoy a few of the fast rides that scare
Iris. That is, as usual, mom seems to enjoy them the most! Having a
daughter is a great excuse to do child-like things that one is not supposed
to enjoy as an adult! |

One of the fun things about having a little brother
is that you can do silly things that he copies without questioning (row

Every Wednesday, Luna starts the day on Opa Ben's
lap and ends it the same way (left and right). Lior is lucky that Opa
Ben's lap has enough space for a little brother as well! |

Hip, Hip, Hurray! When her brother spends a weekend in Apeldoorn, Luna gets to have a girls' weekend with her mom. This involves shopping, of course (left). The two end up buying lots of books. And this means that our sweet lady gets to go to a movie for the first time in her young life (right). She finds the whole experience very exciting and spends the entire movie asking her mom about the ins and outs! And she spends days afterwards asking her mom about the details of the movie. Luna's memory is amazing, indeed! |
