Fiftythird Month of Luna Sent

As she enters her fiftythird month on Planet Earth, play dates continue to keep our Moon Girl very busy (row below). She regularly plays with Yke, Maud, Alicia, Mila, Isis, and Marijn.
Play dates with Opa Ben also keep our young lady very busy (left). Her grandfather had a back operation at the end of December and is still recovering at a rehabilitation center. Fortunately, he will finally get to go home again at the end of May. Luna sure misses him and is looking forward to having him babysit in Nijmegen again.
Hip, Hip, Hurray! Ome Martien and Tante Rita celebrate their fiftieth wedding anniversary! This means that Luna gets to hang out with her Millingen cousins. Luna decides it is much more fun to hang out with Lara outside than spending time with the guests inside (right).
Hip, Hip, Hurray! Ome Bas and Tante Laura are the proud parents of Tatum and Giel, a twin brother and sister (left).
Luna and Lior are intrigued by their little cousins (right). Lior is now about the same age as Luna was when Lior was born. Boy, time sure flies!
Luna celebrates Queen's Day with Opa Tano and Oma Naatje in Spijk. She watches a clown's show in the local community center and gets to take home lots of special balloons (row above). Opa Tano and Oma Naatje have done a wonderful job decorating the bike for the Queen's Day bicycle parade in Spijk (left and right).
When mom has a few days off work, the Sent clan heads over to Het Land van Jan Klaassen, where they enjoy riding the train (row above). One gets the distinct impression that mom has almost more fun than her children. Luna also poses for Oma Naatje (left) and goes for a bike ride with her mother and brother (right).
When Luna has a few weeks off school, she spends a few days in Spijk with Timo and Kimmy (left) and with Victoria and Opa Tano (right). Spijk and Doesburg feel like second homes for Luna and she is lucky to get to spend time there with her loving grandparents.

Hip, Hip, Hurray!
Fiftythree months old!

Boy, time sure flies when your are an active little lady. Luna continues to love going to school and has made lots of friends there. She complicates her mom's life with questions like: "What is a conscience?" Those are the questions that occur to a smart girl who watches Pinocchio!
